Understanding Workflow Enrollment History
The Enrollment History tab gives you a bird's-eye view of every contact currently active in your automation.
Status Filters
You can filter the view by Active (currently waiting at a step), Finished (completed the entire sequence), or Removed (pulled out of the workflow early).
Manual Interventions
From this screen, you can manually push a stuck contact to the next step, or permanently remove them from the workflow if they no longer need to receive the automated sequence.
