Temporarily Disable Actions in a Workflow
Sometimes you need to test a workflow or temporarily stop a specific email from sending without rebuilding the entire sequence.
Step 1: Open the Workflow
Navigate to Automations and click on the workflow you wish to edit.
Step 2: Disable the Action
Find the specific action you want to skip. Click the three dots (More Options) on the action card and select Disable Action.
Step 3: Save and Publish
The action will now appear greyed out. Contacts moving through the workflow will simply skip this step. Click Save to apply the changes.
