By accessing or using the CastaHub platform ("Service") operated by CastaLink ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CastaHub is a client portal platform providing tools for local business management, including SEO reporting, content generation, topic management, business profile management, and related services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@castalink.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of CASL

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the CastaHub platform — including software, design, text, and graphics — are the exclusive property of CastaLink and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the platform (topics, documents, business information). By submitting content, you grant CastaLink a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to deliver the Service.

9. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed as agreed at the time of signup. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@castalink.com. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CastaLink does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CastaLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CastaLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
