Using Webhooks to Connect External Apps
Webhooks act as a bridge between CastaLink and external software (like Zapier, Make.com, or custom databases), allowing you to push data out in real-time.
Adding a Webhook Action
In your workflow, add the Webhook action. Choose the Method (usually POST) and paste the destination URL provided by your external app.
Sending Data
By default, CastaLink sends a comprehensive JSON payload containing all the contact's standard and custom fields. If you need a specific format, you can add custom Headers or Query Parameters.
