Setting up Missed Call Text-Back
Never lose a lead just because you couldn't answer the phone. The Missed Call Text-Back feature automatically sends an SMS to anyone whose call you miss.
Step 1: Access Business Profile
Go to Settings > Business Profile and scroll down to the Missed Call Text-Back section.
Step 2: Enable the Feature
Check the box that says Enable Missed Call Text-Back.
Step 3: Customize Your Message
Edit the default message to fit your brand's voice. A good template is: "Hi, this is [Your Name] from [Your Business]. I'm sorry I missed your call. How can I help you today?"
Step 4: Save Changes
Click Save. Now, anytime your CastaLink number receives a call that isn't answered, the caller will immediately receive your customized text message, allowing you to start a conversation via SMS.
