Sending Internal Notifications to Your Team
Workflows aren't just for communicating with customers; they are also powerful tools for internal team coordination.
Adding the Notification Action
In your workflow, click the + icon and search for Internal Notification. You can choose to send an Email, SMS, or an In-App Notification (which appears in the CastaLink mobile app and desktop dashboard).
Customizing the Message
Use custom values to include the lead's details. For example: "New Lead Alert! {{contact.name}} just filled out the website form. Phone: {{contact.phone}}."
Routing to the Right Person
You can send the notification to a specific user, all users, or the user specifically assigned to that contact.
