Setting Up Ringless Voicemail Drops
Ringless Voicemail (RVM) is a powerful way to add a personal touch to your automated campaigns without taking up hours of call time.
Recording Your Audio
First, record your message. Keep it natural—say something like, "Hey, it's [Name]. I just saw you opted in on our website..." Save the file as an MP3 or WAV.
Adding the Action
In your workflow, add the Voicemail action. Upload your audio file. When a contact reaches this step, the system will attempt to drop the audio file directly into their voicemail box without ringing their phone.
Note: RVM delivery rates depend heavily on the recipient's carrier. It works best on mobile phones and may not deliver to landlines or certain VoIP numbers.
