Bulk Add and Remove Tags from Contacts
Tagging is essential for segmenting your audience. Bulk actions allow you to apply or remove tags from hundreds of contacts in seconds.
Step 1: Select Your Contacts
In the Contacts tab, use filters or smart lists to find the group you want to modify. Click the checkbox at the top left of the table to select all visible contacts.
Step 2: Choose the Tag Action
Click the Add Tag or Remove Tag icon in the bulk actions menu at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Apply the Tag
Type the name of the tag, add an action description (for your bulk action logs), and click Submit. The system will process the update in the background.
