Creating Birthday and Anniversary Campaigns
Date-based workflows are perfect for retaining clients and building loyalty through personalized birthday or anniversary messages.
The Birthday Trigger
Create a new workflow and select the Birthday Reminder trigger. You can configure it to fire exactly on the contact's birthday, or a few days before (e.g., "It's your birthday week! Here's a coupon.").
Custom Date Fields
You aren't limited to birthdays. By creating a Custom Field of the type "Date", you can trigger workflows based on any anniversary—like the date they purchased a car, or the date of their last HVAC service.
