How to Automate Review Requests

Step 1: The Trigger
Start by selecting a trigger that indicates a completed service. This could be Opportunity Status Changed to Won, Appointment Status is Completed, or a specific tag being added.
Step 2: Send the Request
Add the Send Review Request action. Choose whether you want to send it via SMS or Email. The system will automatically generate a link to your connected Google Business Profile or Facebook page.
Step 3: Follow Up
Add a Wait step (e.g., wait 3 days). Then add an If/Else condition checking if they left a review. If they haven't, send a gentle reminder text.
