How to use Ask AI

Ask AI is your intelligent assistant built directly into CastaLink. It allows you to interact with your business data and generate content using natural language.

Accessing Ask AI

You can access Ask AI from anywhere in the platform by clicking the Sparkles icon in the top navigation bar, or by pressing Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) and typing "Ask AI".

Querying Your CRM

Instead of building complex filters, just ask: "Show me all leads from last week who haven't replied." Ask AI will instantly generate the list for you.

Generating Content

Need an email template? Type: "Draft a follow-up email for a client who missed their consultation." The AI will provide a professional draft you can copy and use immediately.
