Creating Service vs. Class Calendars
Depending on your business model, you may need to book individual sessions or allow multiple people to register for the same time slot.
Service Calendars (1-on-1)
Use the standard Unassigned or Round Robin calendar types for consultations, haircuts, or sales calls. Once a time slot is booked, it becomes unavailable to others.
Class Booking Calendars (Group)
If you run fitness classes, webinars, or group coaching, create a Class Booking calendar. You can set the maximum number of attendees (e.g., 20 seats). The time slot remains open on your widget until all seats are filled.
