How to connect your Google Business Profile
Connecting your Google Business Profile (GBP) allows you to manage Google reviews, respond to customer messages, and track your local search performance directly within CastaHub.
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log in to your CastaHub dashboard. In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Settings, then select Integrations.
Step 2: Sign in with Google
Locate the Google integration card and click the Connect button. A popup will appear asking you to sign in to your Google account. Make sure to use the account that has administrative access to your Google Business Profile.
Step 3: Allow Permissions
Google will ask you to grant CastaHub permission to access your account. Click Allow to proceed. This enables us to sync your reviews and messages.
Step 4: Select Your Location
Once connected, a dropdown menu will appear. Select the specific business location you want to link to this CastaHub sub-account. Click Save.
Step 5: Verify the Connection
Navigate to the Reputation tab in CastaHub. You should now see your Google reviews populating. If you don't see them immediately, allow up to 15 minutes for the initial sync to complete.
