Connect Facebook & Instagram Messages to Your Unified Inbox
By connecting your Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account, you can read and reply to all your direct messages without ever leaving CastaLink.
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Connect Facebook
Click the Connect button under the Facebook/Instagram card. Log in to your Facebook account and grant CastaLink the necessary permissions to manage your pages and messages.
Step 3: Select Your Pages
Choose the specific Facebook Page and linked Instagram account you want to connect to this sub-account. Once selected, click Save.
Step 4: View Your Inbox
Navigate back to the Conversations tab. You will now see new messages from Facebook and Instagram appearing alongside your SMS and emails!
