Setting up Zapier Integrations
If a direct integration doesn't exist, Zapier is the easiest way to connect CastaLink to over 5,000 other software platforms.
Step 1: Get Your API Key
Go to Settings > Business Profile. Under the General section, locate and copy your API Key.
Step 2: Create a Zap
Log in to your Zapier account and click Create Zap. Search for "LeadConnector" (our white-label app name on Zapier) as either the trigger or action.
Step 3: Authenticate
When Zapier asks you to sign in to LeadConnector, paste the API Key you copied earlier. This securely links your specific sub-account.
Step 4: Map Your Data
Follow the Zapier prompts to map data between CastaLink and your other app. Test the step to ensure data flows correctly.
