Integrating Facebook Lead Ads

Stop downloading CSV files from Facebook. This integration pulls new leads into your CRM in real-time so your automations can follow up instantly.

Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Account

Ensure your Facebook Page is connected under Settings > Integrations.

Step 2: Map Your Lead Forms

Go to Settings > Facebook Form Fields Mapping. You will see a list of all active lead forms on your Facebook Page.

Step 3: Match the Fields

Click Map Fields next to the form you are using. Ensure the Facebook fields (like "Full Name" and "Email") map correctly to the corresponding CastaLink fields.

Step 4: Trigger a Workflow

Create a workflow with the trigger Facebook Lead Form Submitted to instantly text or email the new lead.
