Connecting Your Shopify Store
The Shopify integration allows you to trigger abandoned cart emails, post-purchase follow-ups, and track customer lifetime value.
Step 1: Locate the Integration
Go to Settings > Integrations and find the Shopify card.
Step 2: Enter Store Details
Click Connect and enter your .myshopify.com store URL. Click Connect Store.
Step 3: Install the App
You will be redirected to your Shopify admin panel. Click Install App to grant the necessary permissions.
Step 4: Sync Data
Once connected, past customers and products will begin syncing. You can now use Shopify-specific triggers in your workflows, like Order Submitted or Abandoned Checkout.
