Connecting QuickBooks Online
Keep your accounting clean and accurate by syncing your CastaLink transactions directly into QuickBooks Online.
Step 1: Access Integrations
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click Connect on the QuickBooks card.
Step 2: Sign In
Sign in with your Intuit credentials and select the specific company file you want to link.
Step 3: Map Taxes and Accounts
After connecting, you will be prompted to map your CastaLink tax rates to your QBO tax codes, and select which QBO income account your sales should be deposited into.
Step 4: Syncing Rules
Moving forward, whenever an invoice is paid or a transaction occurs in CastaLink, a corresponding sales receipt and customer record will be created in QuickBooks.
